About Us
This property has been in the family for a long time and the house was built in 1992. The house is very private, with plenty of landscaping that brings the local plants into the property. This privacy is enjoyed at the swimming pool and deck, and while having family gatherings.
Description
The 5 bedrooms can accommodate a large number of people. Two of the bedrooms are smaller than the other three but have bunk beds. There are three washrooms in the house and one near the pool area. There is also a service room with a washer and washroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker, etc. Cable TV and internet access are included.
The house is about 300mts from the beach on the Santiago Bay -where most vacation properties are located as well as some major hotels. There are other swimming beaches a short car/bus ride away or a 20 min walk.
There is a ground's keeper that takes care of the property and any issues that could arise. We recommend hiring a cleaning lady (approx. $100/week) to make your stay a more relaxed one.
All the linens are included, and everything you need for your stay except food (basics like salt and sugar are provided).
There are two golf courses within 15 min drive.
Family Owned
We keep this property as a vacation home. The family home base is in Monterrey in the northern mexican state of Nuevo Leon, although the family member responsible for rentals lives in Toronto, Canada.
We love to travel and have been in many parts of Mexico, USA, Canada, and Europe, and find the peace and tranquility of the small town of Santiago always a welcome change.
